Beat the eggs with 10 tablespoons of sugar. One by one we add the vanilla sugar, the milk, the oil, a pinch of salt and at the end the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix everything until you get a soft dough. Wallpaper a tray with baking paper and pour the dough into the tray. Wash the cherries, remove the seeds and mix them with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Take with a teaspoon and arrange in the tray on top of the dough. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, set the temperature to 140 degrees and leave for about 25-30 minutes. You can test with the toothpick. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool, then cut the cake into pieces and powder it with powdered sugar.

Serve cold.
