This stew is prepared simply and quickly, it has everything a person needs to have a happy winter or late autumn: a consistency of potatoes, some vitamins miraculously left in peppers and onions, sweetness of to these two and the scent of parsley.
All you have to do to get it is peel the vegetables, cut the potatoes in half and then cut them into thin slices, to penetrate quickly. Peel the onion and cut it into scales and the pepper, cleaned of seeds, should be cut into cubes. Put them all in the pot from the beginning, with a tablespoon or two of oil. Saute them for five to six minutes then cover (but not completely) with warm water. Leave them under the lid until the water drops and the potatoes soften, then add the mashed tomatoes (a cup of half a kilogram of potatoes, a bell pepper and two onions). POTATO STEW WITH SMOKED SAUSAGES

- 1.5 kg of white potatoes

Method of preparation potato stew with smoked sausages

Some tomato paste added in addition to the basic ingredients will always give flavor, and if you add some pepper paste or donuts (optional) you will conquer everyone with its taste. And know that if you don't have a tomato paste or donuts, it's simple and still comes out good. Especially for someone who loves potatoes, like my husband.
Baked chicken in spicy marinade with potatoes!
At first glance, baked meat with potatoes seems to be a common food. But, if you marinate the meat preventively in a spicy marinade, you get a tasty dish that will conquer you from the first piece and forever!
-1 tablespoon tomato paste
-2 tablespoons oil, preferably odorless

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

4. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into scales, and the garlic into slices. Spread them evenly on the surface of the potatoes and sprinkle everything with ground black pepper.
5. Place the marinated chicken legs.
6. Cover the tin with foil and place it in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 60 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook the meat with the potatoes for another 15 minutes.
Allow the food to cool slightly, sprinkle with chopped greens and serve.
Potato stew with tuna
