RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with grapes and tangerines:

Countertop:


I separated the egg whites from the yolks.

I beat the egg whites with the sugar, I added the yolks, the baking powder quenched in vinegar, the vanilla sugar and the flour.

I poured the composition into a round tray and baked the top. We check if it's ready with the toothpick.

Decor and syrup:


I made the syrup from water, sugar, lemon essence and lemon juice.

I soaked the cake top in 3 horizontal slices and filled it with whipped cream, grapes (I found very sweet and good black grapes at the market) and tangerine cubes.

I dressed it in whipped cream and decorated it according to my imagination. I tried to make it as cute as possible, I hope you like it :))

Dress in the remaining cream cheese, garnish with whipped cream, grapes, sugar popcorn and colored sugar.
