Se unge o tava patrata, cu latura de 24 cm. Se scot samburii din curmale, care se taie in bucati nu foarte mici, se pun intr-un vas, se adauga miezul de nuca (maruntit), faina, drojdia si sarea. Separat se bat ouale, se adauga untul usor topit, mierea si totul se toarna peste curmale si nuci. Intreaga compozitie se toarna in tava, care se da la cuptorul incins in prealabil la 180¡C, si se lasa 30 de minute. Se taie in bucati de 2࡫ cm si se trec cu extremitatile prin zahar. Serve cold.

3 oua, 3 linguri zahar pudra, 3 linguri faina, o lingura de unt topit. Se bat albusurile, se pune pe rand zaharul, vanilia, galbenusurile, faina in ploaie, untul topit, la sfarsit.
Se unge o tava cu unt si se presara cu faina, se pune compozitia si se coace la foc potrivit spre mic cca. 25 – 30 minute. Se scoate rulata pe un servet umed (udat bine si stors) si se ruleaza. Se lasa cateva minute sa se racoreasca un pic, apoi se desface din prosop, se unge cu gem ori dulceata, sau creme diverse, se ruleaza si se pudreaza cu zahar. Se poate orna cu o glazura de ciocolata.

Pentru aluat: 500 g faina, 200 g unt, 4 oua, 25 g drojdie, 50 g zahar, putina sare, doua linguri smantana.

Se toarna crema peste fructe, se netezeste usor si se da la cuptor sa se coaca, cca 45 de minute, la foc potrivit.

200 g margarina, 250 g zahar pudra, 2 oua, 3 linguri ulei, un varf cutit de bicarbonat, coaja de lamaie, vanilie, rahat, faina cat se cere.
Se freaca margarina (la temperatura camerei – usor moale) cu zaharul pudra, se adauga ouale care s-au batut putin cu un praf de sare si bicarbonatul. Dupa aceea se pune uleiul putin, cate putin ca sa nu se taie. Se adauga coaja de lamaie si faina atat cat sa fie coca consistenta.
Se pune in tava putin unsa, se taie cu forme speciale (se gasesc de cumparat astfel de forme – arata ca un cilindru metalic, la unul din capete arata ca o tulumba de carnati, iar la celalalt exista niste taieturi in zigzag, iar triunghiurile rezultate sunt inclinate spre mijlocul cilindrului. Eu le-am luat din Obor – erau acum cativa ani niste tarabe cu oale, cratiti si multe alte ustensile de bucatarie). La mijloc se pune o bucatica de rahat. Se coc la foc potrivit.

100 g branza de vaci, 20 g de malai, 10 g faina, 50 ml de lapte, 20 g unt, un ou, 50 g smantana, sare.

Se unge tava, se tapeteaza cu faina.
Se face un aluat din galbenusurile frecate cu 100 g zahar, smantana, praful de copt si faina. Acesta se intinde in tava. Se coace la foc mic. Cand s-a copt pe jumatate se unge foaia cu gem si peste se adauga albusurile batute spuma cu restul de zahar pudra. Se coace la foc foarte mic (albusul trebuie sa ramana alb). Fursecuri cu tahini

Se coc cojile de nuci până se rumenesc, apoi se lasă la răcit.
Câteva din cojile de nuci, cele mai arse, sau mai urâte, mai neuniforme, se sfărâmă și se amestecă cu gemul de prune și cu miezul de nucă măcinat mai grosier și eventual, copt în prealabil.
Cu acest amestec se vor umple restul cojilor și se vor lipi două câte două.
