The recipe for this pineapple cake struck me for the use of pineapple juice inside the dough instead of milk, and the presence of fruit in syrup that fits perfectly into the dough of the dessert making it soft and fragrant . How to make pineapple cake

In a large bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy
Add the oil and pineapple juice in syrup while continuing to whip
Combine the flour and baking powder
Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper
Cover the cake with the pineapple slices
Bake at 180 degrees and bake the pineapple cake for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool and serve
