With the speculoos ice cream, maybe I am slightly ahead of the ice cream season, but I had an open jar of this cream belgium and surfing the internet I found this recipe and I couldn't not try it. So, I took the ice cream maker out of the closet and went to work! The speculoos ice cream it's really special, sweet, creamy and biscuit at the right point, to try;) If it is still too early for you for this type of recipe, write down the ingredients of the speculoos ice cream for the summer and then let me know;)

How to make speculoos ice cream
Beat the yolk with the sugar and the carob flour
In a saucepan, pour the milk and liquid cream and bring to a boil
Then pour it all over the egg mixture.
Put back in a saucepan on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes.
Let the mixture cool, then add the speculos cream.
Stir to mix everything well
Then pour the mixture into a low-sided container and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours
Then pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, activate according to your schedule and work for about 20 minutes
Once thickened, serve your speculoos ice cream in bowls
