Panna cotta is a recipe of Piedmontese origin and is one of the best known and appreciated spoon desserts not only in Italy, but all over the world for the simplicity of its preparation and its delicate taste.
Although I loved panna cotta I had never made it, I thought it took who knows what skill and what wonderful ingredients, instead, leafing through a book of spoon desserts I read the recipe for the caramel one and I discovered that it does not take anything else but cream, milk and sugar ° _ ° Obviously I got to work! And this is the result.
This is the classic version of panna cotta with caramel, but if you prefer you can use fresh fruit or jam, or Nutella (although in my opinion, nothing is better than caramel :))

Method
How to make caramel panna cotta
Soften the isinglass in a small bowl with cold water for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan pour the cream and milk, add the sugar and vanilla essence and put on the heat over low heat.
Heat the mixture for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove the mixture from the heat and add the well-squeezed isinglass.
Mix by melting the gelatin.
Now pour the mixture into single-portion molds and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Then turn the molds upside down and garnish the panna cotta letting the caramel dribble.
