Hello, this morning I give you the recipe to prepare monkfish in a pan with chopped carrot, celery and onion (I prepare it in large quantities and freeze everything to take some when I need it) with the addition of cherry tomatoes . How to make monkfish with cherry tomatoes
Remove the skin and the central spine, then cut the fish into slices.
Brown a little carrot, celery and onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil, all cut into small pieces
Add the fish and brown it in a pan for a few minutes
Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the pan. Salt and add the parsley
Reduce the sauce then turn off the heat
Serve the monkfish with the cherry tomatoes
