Triple Chocolate Donut Recipe of 16-04-2012 [Updated on 07-05-2014]
You asked me for some recipes for using chocolate from Easter eggs, and this triple chocolate donut seems more than perfect for the occasion. I took the recipe for an American donut to get a nice moist cake and enriched it with pieces of milk, white and dark chocolate, a riot of goodness! I used some chocolate bars that I never miss in the pantry, but you can prepare this chocolate donut using the chocolate of your favorite flavored eggs. You must know that in my house we have never had excess chocolate during these periods, first of all because we don't have the custom of giving us so many Easter eggs, when I was little my sister and I needed a kinder egg and then because we are all so greedy that we make the chocolate disappear one piece at a time so no residue to dispose of :) I wish you a sweet start of the week and if you want a donut with really super chocolate pieces this is the recipe for you. Kiss Kiss

Method
How to make the triple chocolate donut
4 eggs
Coarsely chop the three types of chocolate.
In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
Add the eggs one at a time, incorporating one well before adding the other.
Now add the milk while continuing to whisk
Finally add the flour, cornstarch, vanillin and yeast.
Whip until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Add the chopped chocolate
Gently mix with a wooden spoon until everything is mixed well
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured donut mold.
Bake the triple chocolate donut in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes
Remove the chocolate donut from the mold, let it cool then place it on a serving dish.
Once cooled, cut the cake into slices and serve
