A pie that is made quickly, with purchased sheets and dehydrated yogurt and apricot filling. We can replace apricots with raisins or cranberries.
- 1 packet of pie sheets
- 500 gr yogurt
- 7 eggs
- 250 gr dehydrated apricots
- 200 gr sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- powdered sugar for decoration
- 2 tablespoons oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert pie with yogurt and apricots:
Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then with the sugar until it doubles in volume. Add the yolks, vanilla sugar, yogurt and dehydrated apricots cut into small cubes. Homogenize the composition.
In a tray we place pie sheets, alternating with the mixture of yogurt and eggs. We finish with pie sheet. Sprinkle the last sheet with oil and put the tray in the oven until browned.
Let the pie cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and portion.

if the apricots are too dry, keep them in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain them well and cut them
